We are a young and innovative remote ClimateTech Start-Up, building the world’s first climate adaptation management platform by ****translating insights from climate science and know-how from climate adaptation, specifically for critical infrastructure, into climate risk and adaptation recommendations.

We believe, that being a ClimateTech Startup is not enough. As a company, we aim to have a significantly positive impact on the common good and the environment.

You can work from wherever you want (within EU), as long as you can sustainably reach our team events. Whatever works for you, works for us.

🥳 Physical touch-points

The whole team meets mandatorily for three in-person events per year with an overall on-site time of 10 working days (+ arrival/departure time).

Depending on the role we also irregularly meet for optional team/ topic-based workshops. These are optional.

💪🏽 Flexible Working hours

We have a full-time working time of 40 hours/week, however remain flexible based on repath’s need and your resources. We hope to move away from 40 fixed hours to a more performance-driven and flexible approach in the future.
